2. Construction method

2.1 main raw materials

The raw materials used in the production of RPC cover plates are: 425R ordinary Portland cement, quartz sand, steel fiber, micro-silica powder (silica fume), slag powder and special admixture for RPC, and water.


2.2 Preparation of the mixture which including micro silica powder

First add quartz sand, steel fiber, dry mix for not less than 4min, then add cement, slag powder, micro-silica powder, dry mix for 2min; finally add water, admixture, stir for 4min discharge.


Accurately control the water consumption, do not allow the RPC mixture which using micro silica powder as raw material to add water after the mixer; the mixing time of the first mixing for 4 minutes should not be too small, otherwise the steel fiber can not be completely dispersed evenly, the steel fiber will be clumped after adding cement and other powder; RPC mixing The material has a very fast solidification rate at normal temperature, is very viscous, and is easy to stick to the wall. 2.3 vibrating process

The RPC products after initial mold removal should be moved to the final maintenance room for steam curing. The temperature of the final maintenance room is controlled at 80±5°C for 48 hours. The final maintenance process is divided into three stages: heating, constant temperature and cooling. At 12 ° C / h, the cooling rate is controlled at 15 ° C / h. When the final room is removed after the final maintenance, the difference between the surface temperature of the component and the ambient temperature should not exceed 15 °C.

When the RPC cover product is demolished, a gap of 30 to 50 mm should be left between the products to facilitate the flow of steam. The outer surface area of the product in contact with steam should be maximized to facilitate heat transfer. In order to avoid bumps and steam flow during the start of transportation, a gap of 200 mm should be left between the RPC products and between the pallets and the walls of the curing room. The plastic film should be covered on the top of each RPC product to prevent the condensed water on the chamber cover from dripping directly onto the surface of the product. The steam should not be sprayed directly on the RPC product, and the steam should be sprayed downward.

Try to avoid using iron components in the final room. If it is unavoidable, use plastic film to wrap it, or take other measures to cover the surface of the iron component to prevent contamination of the surface of the RPC which using micro silica powder as raw materialproduct. The wood for palletizing should be wrapped with plastic film. . Clean the maintenance room regularly to keep the room clean and prevent RPC products from being contaminated. The curing room should be able to accurately control the indoor temperature and accurately control the temperature rise and decrease.


3.6RPC product which using micro silica powder as raw material storage
